About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the overall project lead and main contact throughout the integration and implementation process of new contracts
Lead communication with customers and internal partners, set expectations, communicate timelines
Own projects through completion by following up with task owners, documenting progress
Identify risks, implement resolutions, and clearly communicate customer expectations
Coordinate and deliver training for both the sales team and customers
Provide regular status updates to business partners
Streamline and improve implementation processes to maintain competitiveness and accelerate revenue generation
Work with Sales Management to provide continued enhancements to existing business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in project management and sales presentations
PMP certification (preferred)
MS Office Suite, CRM systems (preferably SalesForce.com)
Must demonstrate an understanding of the industry, the current trends
Experience and comfort in the sales process
Ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent presentation skills both virtual and in-person
