Drive print sales and service growth within a high print volume Office Depot store and create a vibrant sales culture
Oversee all aspects of the print production process, manage print equipment and supplies, and ensure delivery of high-quality print materials
Own delivery of memorable customer experiences and client satisfaction in the Print Department
Ensure execution of Office Depot selling techniques and sales training in print and across the store
Train, develop, observe, coach and provide feedback to associates to enhance proficiency and build brand loyalty
Facilitate training sessions on business model and holistic service offering for clients/customers
Operate all equipment within the Print Services area to maintain efficient production and ensure orders are completed correctly and on time
Identify areas for process improvement and implement plans to reduce waste and inefficiencies; monitor and manage print supplies
Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and customer satisfaction initiatives
Maintain safety and security of the print department, building, and associates when acting as Key Carrier; perform opening/closing responsibilities including alarm activation/deactivation, cash handling, and daily store balancing
Ensure loss prevention compliance and fulfill full responsibilities associated with External Key Carrier designation
Engage with the local community and foster a positive culture aligned with Office Depot 5C values
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent education preferred
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in related field
Minimum two years management experience or demonstration of skills through an internal development program
Experience in Print Center Operations
Strong computer skills including Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be the subject matter expert in the Print Services area and associated information systems
Must possess advanced selling skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers
Adaptable to a changing environment
Must be able to coach and train others in a professional environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use technology applicable to role and access information necessary to complete daily responsibilities
Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system
Experience with logistics, freight, and visual merchandising displays and standards
Positive and engaging; action oriented; integrity, accountability & trust
Demonstrate passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered
Desire to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge

Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
