About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the Merchandising team to develop, test, implement and maintain effective base and promotional pricing strategies for both retail and online sales channels utilizing pricing optimization software to maximize sales and profitability
Track key business metrics (e.g. sales, share, value perception, margin, customer attributes, etc.) to continually evaluate pricing effectiveness and refine pricing strategies as needed to maximize sales and profitability
Pricing maintenance including establishing and updating family structures, ensuring compliance with vendor MAP pricing requirements, competitor price matching and execution of Merchant initiated price changes to ensure great customer experience
Manage and monitor competitive pricing data and matching strategy to ensure that we have accurate data to base pricing recommendations and are maximizing ROI for our pricing optimization software

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years experience in related field
Data Analysis and Reporting, Pricing Strategy Development, Pricing/Profit Optimization
Proficiency in English: Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English, with strong grammar and vocabulary skills
Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel
Experience with Pricing Optimization software is not required, but preferred
