About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain Information Security governance, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures
Identify and present risk management issues to the CTO and IT Leadership team
Consult with IT, security staff and stakeholders for hardware, applications and software
Lead cross-functional security teams to implement and maintain a global security program
Monitor compliance with information security policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field plus 7 years in a supervisory role
Knowledge of industry practices and technical systems
Security leadership experience in retail industry a plus
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is required
Must be fluent in English
Experience with internationally recognized information security management best practices
Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in risk assessments and defining treatment strategies
Strong negotiation and ability to coach team members
