Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic initiatives to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) by leveraging advanced analytics and optimizing operational design
Oversee the development of the SOPHUS network design platform
Lead the design strategy and end-to-end build of SOPHUS
Lead the development to build robust business cases for proposed network changes
Lead the operations strategy for the review, introduction and scaling of technologies that improve quality and efficiency across sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience
Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
Understanding of network design and multi-site networks
Project planning
WMS systems
Analytics and dashboard creation
Ability to lead teams, influence decisions, analyze data, prioritize projects and communicate complex network topics
