About the role
- Serve as the internal subject matter expert on all benefits and leave programs
- Investigate and resolve complex benefits or payroll-related issues
- Stay current on federal and state regulatory updates
- Partner with the Benefits team on updates to state leave programs
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams
- Provide training and guidance on benefits compliance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Benefits module
- Strong understanding of HRIS systems
- Familiarity with federal and state leave regulations
- Experience with Reporting & Analytics tools (e.g., FDI, OTBI, Cognos, PowerBI)
- Ability to design and implement process improvements
- Expert Excel skills and strong proficiency in MS Office applications
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred
- Additional Language Skills: Must speak and understand English fluently
- Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills
