Drive total sales and service growth and nurture a vibrant sales culture aligned with Office Depot 5C values
Partner with the management team to drive memorable customer experiences and execute Office Depot selling techniques and sales training
Foster a sales-focused environment through training and development of associates and act as role model for customer service and product expertise
Process merchandise accurately and efficiently; maintain visual merchandising standards; manage freight and logistics activities
Identify areas for process improvement to reduce waste and inefficiencies and contribute to increasing sales and profitability through conversion, AOV, and customer satisfaction initiatives
Provide guidance, direction, ongoing training, coaching, feedback and assessment of store associates, including Print Services associates
Facilitate training sessions on the business model and holistic service offering for clients/customers
Serve as External Key Carrier: maintain safety and security, perform opening and closing responsibilities, manage alarm system, handle cash and daily store balancing, ensure loss prevention compliance
Engage with the local community and foster a positive culture focused on customer satisfaction
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelors preferred
