About the role

  • Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of all web pricing on the ODP Business Solutions website
  • Drive sales and margin growth through market competitive prices
  • Determine the best price for customers using price optimization tools
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers for correct product placement
  • Measure growth and decline in sales against several comparable benchmarks
  • Approval of all web pricing promotions and coupons based on financial success forecast.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field such as Business or Financial, analytical experience, pricing strategy experience preferred
  • Strong Data Management Skills
  • Project leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial impact
  • Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to understand and develop strategy
  • Ability to synthesize facts and insights into concrete, actionable recommendations
  • Strong Excel skills required, Power BI, VBA and SQL familiarity a plus
  • Strong, and Professional Communication Skills are required
  • Must be a self-starter and able to make own decisions in timely manner
  • Able to take direction well and execute efficiently and effectively
  • Flexible with respect to change initiatives.
