Payroll

• Support the Payroll Manager with all payroll-related tasks
• Process daily off-cycle payments for additional hours and immediate Termination payments
• Provide customer service to Managers and associates by researching and responding to inquiries
• Responsible for running daily HR audit reports in Oracle HCM to identify and resolve inaccurate HR data
• Perform daily ADP Wage Payment reconciliation to Oracle HCM Payment file
• Generate the process to send Kronos hours each week to Oracle HCM
• Responsible for generating and auditing the bi-weekly SOX Continuous Audit reports
• Identify issues and create JIRAs
• Provide backup coverage to Team members
• Sort mail and distribute checks at the corporate office
