About the role
- You will work side by side with our Head of Product and will specifically take on the following tasks:
- Systematically capturing and preparing product changes for our developers
- Testing new product releases and systematically collecting and aggregating feedback
- Constructively discussing product changes together with our Business Analyst and our designer
- Ensuring that new text snippets have appropriate and accurate translations in English and German, and coordinating translations into other languages
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback and deriving product changes
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed studies or training in one of the following fields: Business Informatics, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Digital Business, Human–Computer Interaction, or similar
- Structured and responsible working style
- Process-oriented thinking regarding both our internal workflows and our customers' processes
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience working with software development teams
- Basic technical and/or business understanding of web software and SaaS
