About the role

  • You will work side by side with our Head of Product and will, in particular, take on the following tasks:
  • Structuring and documenting product changes in preparation for our developers
  • Testing new releases of our products and systematically collecting and aggregating feedback
  • Constructively discussing product changes together with our Business Analyst and our Designer
  • Ensuring that new text modules have meaningful and correct translations in both German and English, and coordinating translations into other languages
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and deriving product changes

Requirements

  • Ongoing or completed education in one of the following fields: Business Informatics, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, Digital Business, Human–Computer Interaction, or a related discipline
  • Structured and responsible working style
  • Process-oriented thinking for both our internal workflows and our customers’ processes
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Additional foreign languages are an advantage
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial experience working with software development teams
  • Basic technical and/or business understanding of web software and SaaS
