- Study how developers actually use Odyssey; what they build, where they struggle, and what breaks.
- Partner directly with customers and external developers; run case studies and deep dives into real applications.
- Turn observed usage into concrete product, system, and model improvements.
- Drive execution across research, applied engineering, and platform teams.
- Set clear goals, milestones, and success metrics; ensure accountability and follow-through.
- Bring structure and operating cadence to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Translate user and product signals into insights that meaningfully inform research direction and prioritization.
- Help shape how world models are productized and understood, grounded in real behavior rather than theory.
- Identify leverage points where small product or system changes unlock outsized developer success.

- You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of research, engineering, and real users.
