About the role
- Provide Software Product Manager support for AFLCMC/C3BM and C3C/Kessel Run Division
- Assist customer product line managers with day-to-day operations
- Help create and document business cases
- Break down complex problems with quantitative and qualitative reasoning
- Organize and communicate efforts of cross-functional teams
- Develop a deep understanding of internal and external customers/stakeholders
- Create product vision and strategy
- Define, monitor, and communicate Objectives and Key Results (OKR)
- Create product roadmap process
- Define and document product specifications and user stories
- Build strong relationships across the organization
- Use data to improve product based on user impact
Requirements
- US citizenship
- Must have and be able to maintain a Secret level Clearance
- BA/BS Degree
- 10 years of directly related experience
- 5 years of experience in a DoD setting
- Extensive product management experience in customer facing technology
- Experience in leveraging testing and research techniques
- Experience with analytics and dashboarding tools
- Experience with agile and lean methodologies
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills
