About the role
- Highly technical and creative researcher driven to push the boundaries of generative modeling.
- Develop state-of-the-art world models enabling AI video you can both watch and interact with in real-time.
- Conduct research into new algorithmic methods, measure new model capabilities, and improve performance.
- Collaborate with Odyssey's product engineering to ship models and inform research directions.
Requirements
- You’re a staff-level or greater researcher & engineer, with demonstrated experience in ML topics related to world models or broader generative ML.
- Motivated by solving open-ended problems and working from first principles.
- Comfortable developing novel methods and turning them into working systems.
- Passionate about R&D and pushing the state-of-the-art.
- Ability to bring ideas from 0→1 with code and data.
