About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting across Odyssey
- Build and refine hiring processes from sourcing to offer stage
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively build talent pipelines
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs and create compelling job descriptions
- Establish metrics and dashboards to track hiring progress and efficiency
- Experiment with tools, channels, and processes to improve speed and quality of hires
- Help lay the cultural groundwork and establish the employer brand while partnering with leadership
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with experience in early-stage startups
- Proven success hiring for technical and business roles
- A builder’s mindset—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, iterate quickly, and own the outcome
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Passionate about candidate experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience with modern recruitment tools
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
