About the role

  • Manage the entire sales cycle without performing lead generation.
  • You will be assigned warm leads to interact with and qualify.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders (including C-level) and gain in-depth insight into a wide range of industries and companies.
  • Analyze the technical and functional requirements of your (potential) customers during needs assessments by examining their business processes and identifying pain points.
  • Deliver tailored software demonstrations to customers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and generate orders.
  • Manage the after-sales cycle for 6 months.
  • Hand over your customers to Account Management after 6 months.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1–C2) and English.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a high level of curiosity.
  • Ability to build trust and generate enthusiasm.
  • Creativity, a get-it-done mentality, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ideally, you already have some initial work experience.
