About the role
- Manage the entire sales cycle without performing lead generation.
- You will be assigned warm leads to interact with and qualify.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders (including C-level) and gain in-depth insight into a wide range of industries and companies.
- Analyze the technical and functional requirements of your (potential) customers during needs assessments by examining their business processes and identifying pain points.
- Deliver tailored software demonstrations to customers.
- Lead commercial negotiations and generate orders.
- Manage the after-sales cycle for 6 months.
- Hand over your customers to Account Management after 6 months.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1–C2) and English.
- Strong commercial acumen and a high level of curiosity.
- Ability to build trust and generate enthusiasm.
- Creativity, a get-it-done mentality, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ideally, you already have some initial work experience.
