About the role
- You are the key to expanding our partner network in the DACH region.
- Your main responsibility is qualifying, advising, and acquiring new partner companies.
- Inbound Lead Management: You are responsible for handling all incoming inquiries from potential partner companies.
- Lead Qualification: As the first point of contact, you excite prospects about partnering with Odoo.
- Match Analysis: You understand their business model, processes, capabilities, and company values.
- Product Presentation: You present our product in tailored Odoo demonstrations.
- Win‑Win: You analyze the challenges and pain points of the potential partner company.
- Negotiation: You prepare proposals and negotiate the terms for the future partnership.
Requirements
- A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Strong interest in and/or initial experience in sales and in lead qualification / lead management.
- Excellent communication skills in German (C1–C2) and English.
- Strong business acumen and a high level of curiosity.
- Analytical skills to quickly grasp business models and the ability to think outside the box.
- You are able to build trust and generate enthusiasm.
- Enthusiasm for working with disruptive software in the IT industry.
