About the role
- Responsible for ensuring the tactical execution of the AI, Data and Automation backlog, aligning priorities and technical requirements with the teams;
- Coordinates the writing and refinement of User Stories, ensuring clarity and adequate documentation for implementation;
- Works directly with the AI, Data and Automation Tech Leads, ensuring technical requirements are correctly understood;
- Aligns acceptance criteria with QA, ensuring deliveries meet quality standards;
- Oversees and supports the development of the roadmap for AI, Data and Automation products, collaborating with the Product Manager and Domain Leader;
- Validates technical feasibility with the Solution Architect and Tech Lead, ensuring compliance with architectural standards;
- Monitors value metrics of deliveries, ensuring solutions generate a positive business impact;
- Participates in the Lean Portfolio (QBR) for strategic backlog prioritization, in the PO & Scrum of Scrums sync for alignment between squads, and in Value tracking to measure the impact of deliveries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related fields.
- Availability to work in Alphaville/Barueri in a hybrid model.
- Working hours from 09:00 to 18:30.
