About the role

  • Provide remote consulting and conduct on-site visits to franchise locations, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Analyze operational, commercial and financial indicators (including the Income Statement — DRE) to propose strategic improvement actions.
  • Monitor action plans, train teams and support the implementation of best practices.
  • Identify growth opportunities, support marketing strategies and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Serve as the link between the franchisor and franchisee, ensuring clear communication, consistent guidance and a focus on performance.

Requirements

  • Professionals with experience in franchising, retail, consulting, business development or commercial/operational roles.
  • Experience analyzing indicators and making data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, Industrial/Production Engineering or related fields.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with analyzing the Income Statement (DRE) — essential.
  • Advantage: Power BI skills and/or experience in the dental sector.
