Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and develop new distribution opportunities across OTT platforms, OEMs, and emerging channels (e.g., Hotel TV)
Lead partner outreach, pitch our platform and content offerings, and support deal execution.
Support packaging of FAST channels and content offerings tailored to each platform.
Manage ongoing relationships with platform partners and technical vendors.
Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Ad Ops) to support integrations, launches, and issue resolution.
Translate technical and monetization requirements into a clear business context for partners and internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or account management within OTT, CTV, FAST, AVOD, or digital media
Experience working with platforms, vendors, or distribution partners in the video ecosystem.
Working knowledge of the video streaming ad tech ecosystem, including ad-supported streaming, ad serving, and programmatic monetization.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical, monetization, and business discussions.
A passion or experience in Asian entertainment content is a plus
