About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and align product, design, and go-to-market strategy
  • Drive and coordinate initiatives within BRF Finans and Financial Services Sweden
  • Ensure progress, quality, and stakeholder alignment
  • Manage multiple parallel projects with clear structure
  • Own and track the business's KPIs – and translate them into insights that drive concrete decisions
  • Develop models, scenario analyses, and decision-support materials for both operational and strategic choices
  • Ensure leadership and steering groups have the right insights at the right time – through clear and well-structured reporting
  • Drive customer communications
  • Ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time
  • Convert initiatives into concrete delivery with a clear focus on quality, pace, and results
  • Support lead generation and pipeline follow-up
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive process development
  • Contribute to effective customer journeys and increased conversion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years of experience in a business development role – such as Business Developer, strategy consultant, or commercially focused product owner
  • Experience driving initiatives from idea to execution: structuring offerings, aligning with relevant stakeholders, and following up on results
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to work in a data-driven way to support business decisions
  • Experience in project management and handling multiple parallel workstreams
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Background from a management or specialist consultancy, growth-oriented startup/scaleup, or product company is a merit
  • Experience from banking, insurance, the property sector, or BRFs is a plus
