About the role
- Oversee Developer Services growth initiatives and drive growth strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with homeowner developers and secure new business opportunities.
- Facilitate client meetings, develop responses to proposals, and create staffing models and pricing analyses.
- Own national Developer Services sales strategy and develop a comprehensive growth plan.
- Monitor KPIs and drive accountability across operating companies.
- Maintain relationships with developer clients and manage client retention.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and inform strategy adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within property management or developer services industry.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with developers and securing significant business deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of the developer ecosystem and the ability to translate technical needs into business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve ambitious goals.
