About the role
- Active expansion of our sales activities – from new customer acquisition to the development of strategic key accounts
- Development and implementation of sales and trade strategies
- Responsibility for building, developing and managing wholesale, specialist retail, grocery/LEH and key accounts
- Conducting pricing, terms and annual review negotiations
- Planning and executing POS, sell-through and trade marketing activities
- Managing sales activities using KPIs
- Close collaboration with Marketing, Operations and Executive Management
Requirements
- Several years of B2B sales experience (beverages, wine, spirits or FMCG)
- Experience building customer relationships and sales channels
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, personal accountability and strong operational execution
- Willingness to travel
- Very good German and good English
