About the role
- Build and maintain the sales organization structure for a new business vertical.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales framework, including lead generation, sales narratives, pipeline management, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve company targets.
- Act as the primary advocate for partners' needs and feedback with internal teams.
- Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Work with industry partners to strengthen the company's position as a thought leader.
- Oversee contract negotiations and accelerate customer adoption.
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
- Collaborate with product and trading teams to improve existing offerings and develop new solutions based on market demand.
- Identify and pursue new business synergies within the broader industry ecosystem.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and scaling a high-growth SaaS sales organization (including process development, budgeting, and compensation).
- At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team with a proven track record of success.
- Direct field experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach with ability to take ownership and make difficult decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate effectively between sales, marketing, product, and other departments.
- Independent perspective combined with strong listening skills.
- Fluency in English.
