About the role

  • Translate company and product direction into global marketing plans (priorities, audiences, channels).
  • Own global GTM execution across regions, products, and campaigns, translating strategy into measurable pipeline impact.
  • Own and evolve positioning and messaging across products, campaigns, and regions.
  • Drive always-on demand generation through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Plan and run ABM programs for priority accounts in close alignment with Sales.
  • Ensure marketing supports the entire funnel, from awareness to revenue.
  • Lead product and feature launches as part of the broader campaign engine.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, FAQs).
  • Partner with Sales on objections, deal feedback, and narrative improvement.
  • Collaborate with Content and Studio to deliver consistent, high-quality content and assets.
  • Own B2B funnel performance, using market and competitive insights to optimize results.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in B2B marketing, including demand generation, campaigns, or product-led growth.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
  • Strong writer and communicator who turns complex products into clear, compelling stories.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales on enablement, feedback, and deal support.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM (account tiering, coordinated plays with Sales, and pipeline-impact measurement).
  • Proven ability to run ongoing marketing programs, not just launches.
  • Structured thinker who prioritizes well and thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Confident stakeholder manager who can challenge constructively and align teams.
  • Interest in betting, esports, or gaming (curiosity matters more than prior industry experience).
  • Fluent English, with confidence presenting, writing, and collaborating in a global B2B environment.
