About the role
- Working with BI tools
- Profiling bettors
- Monitoring suspicious bets
- Ensuring the integrity of matches
- Proactive communication with clients
- Working closely with the trading team
- Creating simple ad-hoc analysis and reports
Requirements
- Strong analytical thinking
- Willingness to educate yourself on betting strategies and how to detect them
- Time flexibility (shift work + weekends)
- Communication in English with clients on a daily basis, at least B1 level
- Ideally, experience in a similar position (esports, traditional sports, bank)
- Be based in the Czech or Slovak Republic is a must
- Sense of fair play and integrity
- Knowledge of betting odds/probability and experience in trading or betting are an advantage
- Overview of the esports industry (tournament organizers, league system) and knowledge of the most played esport titles (Dota2,LoL,CS:GO,Valorant) are an advantage
