About the role

  • Support Human Centered Design efforts across secure healthcare data applications
  • Translate complex clinical and operational workflows into intuitive, accessible user experiences
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, data teams, and product stakeholders to improve usability, accessibility, and consistency
  • Design responsive user interfaces using Figma or Adobe XD
  • Apply Human Centered Design practices including user interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing
  • Ensure interfaces meet Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards

Requirements

  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.
  • Approximately 3–6 years of experience supporting UX/UI or Human Centered Design efforts for enterprise or regulated web applications
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
  • Strong understanding of Section 508 and WCAG accessibility requirements and testing approaches
  • Experience designing user experiences for data-heavy applications, dashboards, or analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
  • Familiarity with secure authentication patterns such as CAC, SSO, or MFA within enterprise environments
  • Experience collaborating within Agile or SAFe delivery teams
  • Ability to translate complex workflows and stakeholder requirements into clear, usable interface designs.
