About the role
- Support enterprise intelligence and data solutions by analyzing, curating, and transforming complex datasets to enable informed decision-making across a diverse federal health and readiness data ecosystem.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to help translate raw data into actionable insights, dashboards, and analytical outputs that support mission outcomes.
- Contribute to data quality efforts, assist with integration validation, and help ensure data products are reliable, usable, and aligned with operational needs across Military Health and related federal domains.
Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.
- Experience analyzing large, complex datasets in enterprise or government environments
- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and analytical best practices
- Ability to translate business or mission questions into data-driven insights
- Experience collaborating with engineers, data architects, and stakeholders
- Comfort working across multiple data sources, systems, or domains
- Strong communication skills and ability to present findings clearly
- Exposure to machine learning pipelines or advanced analytics integration.
- Prior experience supporting DHA or other federal healthcare programs.
