About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Run Email Execution End-to-End
- Build and launch campaigns in Klaviyo using our templates and brand guidelines
- QA everything before send (links, formatting, dynamic content, segments, timing, mobile)
- Ideate on copy based on established strategies and email cadences before handing off to the design team to create
- Coordinate closely with design + lifecycle to hit weekly deadlines
- Perform day-to-day email marketing activities, including campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of various campaign types.
- Maintain existing segments to ensure the right audience gets the right message
- Edit and maintain existing flows (welcome, post-purchase, abandoned checkout, etc.)
- Build segments based on established best practises, and ideate on potential segments and audiences
- Lead A/B testing across subject lines, creative, messaging, and timing
- Monitor performance daily and flag outliers or areas of concerns
- Identify patterns, dips, & opportunities in performance, while actioning on strategic & creative ideas to improve results
- Document processes and improve workflows through continuous iteration
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (campaigns, segments, flows required)
- Strong attention to detail — especially in QA and campaign setup
- Solid understanding of segmentation and audience logic
- Comfortable writing and editing email copy (AI tools welcome)
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and thoughtful — you’re comfortable asking questions, noticing patterns, and suggesting ideas
