About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain highly performant, scalable, and secure applications
- Collaborate directly with Product Managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Work closely with the Infrastructure team for optimization and troubleshooting
- Lead by example in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Mentor and guide junior developers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer in a professional environment
- Significant experience with PHP, Go, Node.js, and Python
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects
- Deep expertise in non-framework development and object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
