About the role

  • Build and maintain a nationwide network of ophthalmology practices and clinics across Germany
  • Recruit new cooperation partners for structured follow-up care of abnormal cases
  • Work closely with the CMO on operational and strategic matters
  • Prepare decision papers, market analyses, and partner updates
  • Identify and establish relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Coordinate advisory boards and specialist exchange formats
  • Support new partner practices during onboarding into our care processes
  • Collaborate closely with our tech team on system-related questions

Requirements

  • Degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Health Economics or a comparable field
  • Experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., MedTech, Digital Health, Pharma, network development or strategic projects)
  • Experience and confidence engaging with office-based specialists and hospitals
  • Experience preparing management presentations and strategic decision documents
  • Structured, independent and analytical working style
  • Willingness to travel
