About the role
- Build and maintain a nationwide network of ophthalmology practices and clinics across Germany
- Recruit new cooperation partners for structured follow-up care of abnormal cases
- Work closely with the CMO on operational and strategic matters
- Prepare decision papers, market analyses, and partner updates
- Identify and establish relationships with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Coordinate advisory boards and specialist exchange formats
- Support new partner practices during onboarding into our care processes
- Collaborate closely with our tech team on system-related questions
Requirements
- Degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Health Economics or a comparable field
- Experience in the healthcare sector (e.g., MedTech, Digital Health, Pharma, network development or strategic projects)
- Experience and confidence engaging with office-based specialists and hospitals
- Experience preparing management presentations and strategic decision documents
- Structured, independent and analytical working style
- Willingness to travel
