About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Your stage: You run our promotion stand in busy shopping centres, stores and malls in the triangle area — Münster, Osnabrück and Bielefeld
  • Active engagement: You don’t wait for customers to come to you. You proactively approach people, break the ice with charm, and turn passersby into genuine fans of 100% green electricity.
  • Needs assessment & closing: You advise customers on an equal footing, protect them from overpriced tariffs, and close contracts directly on-site (focus on new customer acquisition).
  • Flexible 5-day workweek (full-time): Your working hours are flexibly distributed across five days per week between Monday and Saturday.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales mentality: You love the thrill of acquiring new customers. A “no” from passersby only motivates you to try again even more charmingly next time.
  • Communication skills: You can express yourself fluently in German, are extroverted, and are comfortable actively approaching hundreds of strangers every day.
  • Stamina: You enjoy being on the move, love the dynamics on the sales floor, and have the endurance for the energetic day-to-day life at the stand.
  • Experience & drive: Ideally, you already have experience in POS sales or retail. As a career changer (e.g., from hospitality or gastronomy), you are used to handling a dynamic routine with full energy. You love direct contact with people, keep your smile even on long days, and convince customers from the first to the last conversation on the floor.
