Field Sales Representative – Heat Pumps

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise homeowners on tailored heat pump solutions directly on site.
- Record technical key data to ensure our solution perfectly fits the building.
- Prepare and present customized proposals — from the initial meeting through to contract signing.
- Work closely with the inside sales team, which supports you and coordinates appointments.
- Regularly liaise with leadership to continuously optimise your performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally you have experience in sales or field sales — motivated career changers with sales talent are also welcome.
- Strong communication skills, structured approach and the drive to close deals.
- Solution-oriented mindset and a positive presence that excites customers.
- Fluent German (minimum C1 level).
- A valid EU driving licence (class B) is required.
