Data Analyst

• Act as a thought partner to teams across the business - helping them define problems, clarify questions, and uncover the metrics that matter.
• Translate stakeholder needs into end-to-end data solutions: from raw data to dbt models to dashboards in Metabase.
• Define and document clear, consistent metrics to support better decision-making across departments.
• Build intuitive, impactful dashboards that make data accessible and actionable for non-technical users.
• Deliver ad-hoc and project-based analysis to evaluate initiatives in growth, product, operations, and beyond.
• Collaborate with the data team to improve the reliability, clarity, and accessibility of our data models and pipelines.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy - scoping projects, pushing for clarity, and challenging assumptions when needed.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity and rigour, laying the groundwork for more advanced analytics and data science over time.
