Lead strategic consulting assignments (3–4 months) for IT/Data executive committees (C-level)
Secure transformation trajectories around IT, data and AI
Define strategies, roadmaps and executive business cases
Actively contribute to business development
Support consulting growth: pre-sales, RFP responses, and high-stakes pitches
Enrich our offerings and convictions through field experience
Produce foundational assets: frameworks, benchmarks and methodologies
Deploy and promote OCTO approaches
Build consulting literacy across OCTO’s extended teams on methodology and advisory approaches
Ensure high quality standards across engagements

Requirements

Solid technical skillset
At least 5 years of experience in strategic consulting on IT, product and organizational issues, working with C-level clients
Technical fluency to engage on varied assignments in data, generative AI, private/public cloud, and associated organizational models (agile, product mode)
Deep understanding of strategic concerns for CEOs, CIOs and CDOs: technology sovereignty and the impact of generative AI on organizations and business models
A practice of strategic consulting characterized by confidence, rigor and focus on impact
Strong consulting culture with the ability to structure material and present to an executive committee
Fluent English, both spoken and written
