About the role

  • Planning, designing, implementing and further developing the architecture of SAP landscapes (on-premises, cloud, hybrid)
  • Administration and monitoring of SAP system landscapes (ERP, BW, HANA, S/4HANA & HCM)
  • Implementation and maintenance of security policies as well as user and authorization management
  • IT service continuity management: development of disaster recovery plans (DRP) and execution of tests
  • Support for migration projects and cloud integration
  • Creation and maintenance of system documentation
  • Collaboration with business units and external service providers

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) computer science or equivalent training
  • Several years of professional experience in the SAP Basis environment, ideally as a project or subproject manager
  • Solid knowledge in the administration of SAP operating systems, databases (HANA, Oracle, etc.) and operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux)
  • Experience in SAP installations and upgrades, migrations and system copies
  • Good knowledge of SAP security and authorization management
  • Experience with SAP Solution Manager and ILM is an advantage
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
