About the role

  • Serve as the marketing voice at the table across captive partner stakeholders, both internal and external, bringing a marketing lens to strategic conversations throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Develop white-labeled, multi-channel campaigns to drive adoption and engagement through Octane’s captive partnerships, ensuring all materials align with the partner’s brand identity.
  • Support captive partner onboarding from a marketing standpoint, including launch campaigns, welcome kits, and portal setup.
  • Ability to independently tackle projects from end to end, leveraging data and insights to inform strategy across multiple captive partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Work closely with the entire captive partnership team to hit quarterly sales and marketing targets.
  • Effective at tackling and balancing competing priorities across multiple captive partner programs. Adaptable when faced with change. Able to think critically to take projects to the finish line.
  • Demonstrable experience using AI tools to increase personal and team efficiency — from content development to campaign analysis — with a curiosity to keep pushing what's possible.
  • Write in a clear, concise, organized, and convincing manner for the intended audience — whether internal stakeholders, captive partner contacts, or end consumers under a partner’s brand.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to find opportunities for full-funnel engagement.
  • Manage time to meet deadlines or proactively communicate roadblocks, particularly when navigating approval processes across multiple partner organizations.
