💰 $95,000 - $130,000 per year

About the role

  • Act as a dedicated individual contributor to manage the full lifecycle of your creative projects from concept to final production, across a wide range of marketing collateral (emails, print, sales decks, point-of-purchase, social, and digital assets) for multiple brands and channels.
  • Take an abstraction-first, solution-oriented approach to building reusable design templates that can be used for multiple brands. Your goal is to create scalable systems that make it easier and faster for our entire team to deliver on campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Creative Managers, and Marketing Leads to develop visual solutions that drive product demand and engagement.
  • Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and an understanding of design-to-development handoffs; coding experience is a plus.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years as a dedicated designer within an agency or fast-paced in-house creative department.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating real-world client work and the ability to solve complex business challenges is required.
  • Previous experience in B2B, B2B2C, or white-label environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Automotive, Powersports, Marine, RV, or Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) industries is a significant plus.
  • Mastery of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects is preferred, along with high-level presentation design skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  • Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and create more space for high-level creative strategy.
