Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field with significant experience in the job role
At least 3 years of working experience in client/account management in the digital marketing and/or technology industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Ability to align cross-functional teams toward common objectives
Skilled in motivating and guiding teams to deliver high-quality work
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing
Proficiency in technical and project management tools such as monday.com, Asana, and Miro
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation software
Excellent listening, negotiation, decision-making, and presentation skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
