About the role
- Plan and execute high-impact paid media campaigns
- Analyze campaign data to uncover insights and improve performance
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing as necessary to improve ad campaign performances
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ad performance and data accuracy
Requirements
- **Minimum Qualifications:**
- - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Business, Journalism, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.
- - Preferably with a minimum experience of at least 1 year in a related field.
- - Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.
- **Skills:**
- - Must be knowledgeable in Google Workspace.
- - Good written and verbal communication skills
- - Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- - Driven, passionate, and self-motivated
- - Knowledgeable in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- - Knowledgeable of other paid ads platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Spotify, and other emerging platforms)
- - Understanding of the marketing principles
- - Should have a basic understanding of the following:
