About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and build scalable, modular components in ReactJS + Next.js (SSR/CSR), working closely with our frontend platforms.
Implement and manage Redux for stage management.
Develop reusable UI with TailwindCSS and ShadCN for consistency and accessibility.
Integrate real-time features using WebSockets for live updates and notifications.
Build interactive data visualizations with Chart.js (via react-chart.js-2).
Implement robust form handling with React-Hook-Form, including validation and complex form states.
Maintain and extend WordPress sites.
Write technical documentation specific to FE.
Perform other functions relevant to the position and/or as directed by the immediate superior or management team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years experience in ReactJS + Next.js (SSR/CSR)
Production experience in Redux for state management
Hands-on experience in TailwindCSS and ShadCN
Production experience in building real-time front end features (e.g. WebSockets)
Production experience in React-Hook-Form
Can write technical documentation specific to FE
