As Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for mentoring a dynamic team, refining our sales process, and actively contributing to lead generation and deal closure. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who leads by example and is passionate about building a successful sales engine from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Coaching: Mentor and motivate the sales team, set clear goals, track performance, and provide feedback to drive results.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to build pipelines, convert leads, and optimize processes for efficiency.
Hands-On Selling: Generate and qualify leads, manage key accounts, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaboration & Insights: Align with Marketing for lead flow, share market feedback, and support product development through client insights.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a sales role in IT Consulting/ IT Software, with a clear track record of exceeding targets. At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity is highly preferred.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field from an accredited university.
Leadership Acumen: Demonstrable ability to lead, inspire, and develop a sales team.
Strategic Thinker: Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Must be fully proficient in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
Bonus Skill: Proficiency in additional languages or experience with CRM software is a strong advantage.
