About the role
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations using templates enhanced by Gen AI tools.
- Follow up courteously and professionally with clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with timely and accurate client and sales data, leveraging AI automation where possible.
- Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage client inquiries, schedule meetings, process orders, and perform general sales administrative tasks.
- Support marketing initiatives, competitive research, and internal onboarding to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Coordinate logistical support for sales events and training sessions
Requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Experience or familiarity with Generative AI tools for sales and administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Good interpersonal skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work on-site 1-3 days per week with flexibility.
