• Support proposal coordination and management, development, and revision of major proposals.

Systems Engineer

• Applying your experience preparing Information Technology (IT) documentation, block diagrams, and logic flowcharts.
• Preparing sample developmental test data and analyzing test results to inform product development and debugging efforts.
• Updating and maintaining system requirements and configuration documentation.
• Evaluating vendor capabilities, products, and/or IT services in support of transition from STEPP to CSOD.
• Proposing development strategies, action plans, and IT roadmaps to guide the transition from STEPP to CSOD.
• Collaborating with hardware design engineers on machine characteristics that affect software/database systems and collaborating to resolve compatibility issues.

• Support client cloud migration efforts and IT modernization initiatives from an information security governance perspective, ensuring alignment with existing cloud architectures (AWS, Azure) and EPLC requirements.
• Assist in cloud security operations including FedRAMP-related SA&A support, continuous monitoring, and maintaining security authorizations for cloud-hosted and FedRAMP-aligned systems.

Security Analyst

• Assist the ISSO/SSPO in interfacing with federal staff, contractors, and business partners to execute information security aspects of the agency's CIPSEA obligations, IT modernization, and cloud migration efforts.
• Support Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) activities including agency-hosted, contractor-hosted, cloud-hosted, and FedRAMP SA&As; assist with interpretation of regulations and policy guidance.
• Develop, track, and update Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) for identified vulnerabilities and risks; report remediation status monthly.
• Prepare and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs) in accordance with NIST SP 800-18 and NIST SP 800-53.
• Conduct and document Risk Assessment Reports (RARs) consistent with NIST SP 800-30 and applicable agency policies.

• OCT currently has an opening for a Mid-Level Contract Close-out Specialist with five to seven (5-7) years of experience as a Contract Specialist or a Contract Close-out Specialist to work with our federal client.
• Experience supporting an acquisition office in the Contract and Procurement Series, 1102 is preferred.
• The experience can be either as a federal government employee or as a contractor supporting a Federal or commercial acquisition office or a combination of both.
• Expertise in closing firm-fixed, cost-reimbursement, time and material, labor hour, or any variant to include hybrid contracts is required.
