About the role

  • Lead the creation of OCT Consulting’s ServiceNow Line of Business and craft the go-to-market strategy
  • Forge a partner ecosystem, drive team certifications, secure Consulting & Implementation partner status, and establish P&L and performance frameworks
  • Inspire and guide a matrixed capture team to win large pursuits as the LOB matures
  • Identify, qualify, and prioritize high-value ServiceNow C&I deals across public and private sectors and fill the pipeline with targeted pursuits
  • Develop and execute capture plans aligned with OCT’s Business Development team
  • Build and maintain relationships with federal, state, and commercial clients as a trusted ServiceNow partner
  • Cultivate alliances with industry leaders to expand reach and share capabilities
  • Drive competitive analysis, teaming strategies, and pricing models to win deals
  • Collaborate with proposal teams to deliver solution architectures, compelling win themes, and standout submissions
  • Represent OCT at ServiceNow industry events, forums, and networking hubs
  • Grow the LOB, manage the P&L, and deliver measurable, repeatable success
  • Report directly to the VP of Strategy & Growth with a dotted line to the VP of IT

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a government security clearance
  • 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on Consulting & Implementation (preferred)
  • Proven capture leader with a history of winning deals over $5M in annualized value primarily in the federal government market
  • P&L ownership experience managing and growing multi-million-dollar lines of business
  • Commission-driven mindset and uncapped earning potential orientation
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Self-starter mentality with discipline to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow sales cycles, partnership programs, and delivery models
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, GWACs/BPAs, and IDIQ contracting vehicles (preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) (preferred)
  • Established relationships within federal IT buyer communities (preferred)
  • CIS-ITSM certification and/or ServiceNow Sales Accreditations (preferred)
  • Knowledge of FedRAMP requirements and processes (preferred)
  • Existing Secret or Top Secret clearance (preferred)
