Infusion Pharmacist – PRN

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and ensure complete and appropriate drug therapy in a multidisciplinary pharmaceutical care environment
- Prepare, dispense and verify medications ordered for an assigned group of patients
- Assess, evaluate and monitor patient drug therapy; provide drug information, patient education, and other clinical pharmacy services
- Manage operations of the pharmacy in compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Current Pharmacy license in the state of practice
- Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of patient information
- Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Skills necessary to compound pharmaceuticals, operate technical equipment
