About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for enterprise analytics products.
Partner with executive stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Lead prioritization of product enhancements, new capabilities, and technical investments.
Coordinate delivery across multiple analytics, data engineering, and technology teams.
Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement, change management, communication, and training activities.
Establish product success metrics and monitor performance to ensure products are delivering intended outcomes.
Gather customer feedback and continuously refine products based on user needs and organizational priorities.
Facilitate alignment between business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Manage a portfolio of analytics initiatives, balancing strategic investments with operational demands.
Champion product management best practices across the analytics organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in product management, analytics, business intelligence, healthcare operations, or a related discipline.
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into product requirements and delivery plans.
Experience working with analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data-driven products.
