About the role
- Manages the Epic application team in collaboration with department leadership
- Manages day-to-day individual and team dynamics, work prioritization, quality, fiscal stewardship
- Provides mentoring and coaching associated with performance development and project management
- Influences and directs internal communications and coordinates overall project needs
- Manages direct reports who are involved in the day-to-day operations of the project
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration or related field (preferred)
- 8 years of related management or project leadership experience
- 3 years of supervision or management experience
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing
- Strong project and team management skills
