About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Supervisor My Chart leads, trains, and motivates their team to achieve positive outcomes and continuously add value to our collaborative
This work entails managing projects, prioritization, providing regular feedback and performance management, individual development and training
Taking the lead on communicating and mitigating issues and risks, measuring and ensuring high-quality service
Continually assess and make improvements to the system and processes to improve efficiency
Managing the resources of OCHIN and our Members (Service Areas) to continually improve the quality of processes, internal operations, and outcomes to our members
Hiring Manager- Antoine Berkeley Supervisory Duties - 30% Team Development
Manage Member Relationships & Support: support Manager and Team in developing effective workflows
Collaborating with organization leadership to ensure timelines and deliverables are realistic and actionable
Ensure new staff are on-boarded in a methodical measured manner that prepares them for success
Tracking and measuring team, project, and individual performance goals
Developing new features and workflows for new features; make design decisions
Be the first escalation point for Members when they have issues
Document build specifications, team processes and complex clinic workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3-5 or more years of full cycle build experience in MyChart.
Minimum of 3 year of supervisor/manager experience required with a minimum of 3 years of full certified build experience
Epic MyChart certification is required
Certification in Cadence, Prelude, RTE, Ambulatory is a plus
Proficiency in the other applications not certified is preferred.
Work history in Healthcare IT is required
Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science preferred) or a combination of college education and 5-7 years of relevant experience
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
