About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end accountability for contract execution, ensuring all deliverables, milestones, and reporting requirements are met on time and within scope
- Establish and operationalize a centralized technical assistance delivery model, including governance, intake, triage, service pathways, and performance management
- Lead cross-functional coordination across program management, service delivery teams, platform/infrastructure, and data/reporting functions
- Serve as the primary internal lead for coordination with external partners, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Oversee performance monitoring and reporting processes, ensuring accurate data capture, analysis, and communication aligned to contractual and regulatory expectations
- Identify risks to delivery (timeline, scope, staffing, partner coordination) and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement of service delivery models, incorporating feedback, data insights, and lessons learned
- Support staffing strategy and team development to ensure capacity and capability to meet program demand and scaling requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8–10+ years of experience leading complex programs, contracts, or service delivery models
- Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-stakeholder initiatives with accountability for timelines, deliverables, and outcomes
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across internal and external partners
- Strong operational leadership with the ability to translate strategy into execution and drive measurable results
